2. Assist members of the Just Vote u c organization in preparing and filing Unfair Practice Charges against UPTE so that we can collect any money illegally taken by UPTE from our members.

3. Provide a clearinghouse for members to send objection letters so that each year Just Vote u c members can receive back part of the money they pay to UPTE.

4. Educate Just Vote u c members as to their rights regarding agency fees.

5. Assist disenchanted UPTE members in quitting and receiving back a portion of the money that they would have paid as dues.

6. Provide a newsletter for Just Vote u c members to keep them informed on current events regarding these issues.

7. Solicit donations from Just Vote u c members who have received money back from UPTE through our efforts for the purpose of paying for lists of all UPTE covered U.C. employees, paying for travel costs, mailings, etc.
